§ 112.02. POLICE POWER.

The rights herein granted are subject to the exercise of the police power as the same now is or may hereafter be conferred upon the City. The franchise is not exclusive and shall not restrict in any manner the right of the Council or any other governing body of the City in the exercise of any regulatory power which it may now have or hereafter by authorized or permitted by the laws of the State.
EDITOR’S NOTE
Ordinance No. 236 adopting a telephone franchise for the City was passed and adopted on July 13, 1983.
